Parents have the right to be notified in accordance with applicable laws and regulations if a beach occurs and file complaints about possible breaches of student data. Complaints regarding a potential breach or information requests about third-party contractors may be directed to the District to the Assistant Superintendent for Business and Technology, 580 Winthrop Ave, Bellmore, NY 11710 or business@bellmoreschools.org. Complaints pertaining to the State Education Department or one of its third party vendors should be directed in writing to the Chief Privacy Officer, New York State Education Department, 89 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12234, or email to Privacy@nysed.gov.
